The product I introduce today is a non-woven hat.Non-woven hats are a more popular party products, and their sales are far ahead of all party products.Manufacturing non-woven hats is not a simple matter, it contains a lot of complex processes, we need to carefully do each step.The production steps are as follows.
1.Prepare and inspect fabric
The raw material for making non-woven hats is non-woven fabric. Therefore, first of all, we should prepare semi-dry non-woven fabrics, and inspect the fabric according to the inspection items and standards of non-woven fabrics.
2.Fabric cutting
The second step is to use a mold to cut the qualified non-woven fabric into pieces for making a single hat size fabric.
3.Dip and dry
The third step is to dip the non-woven fabric into the glue to make it evenly contact the glue. Dipping is to increase the hardness and beauty of the hat, so that it is not easy to fold. This step is related to the subsequent setting. However, it must be careful not to put too many hats into one glue bucket at a time. Because it will make the fabric touch the glue unevenly. As a result, the fabric is not hard enough, and it is prone to wrinkles. In addition, the quality of the glue and whether corners are cut will affect the final effect.
Then put the glue soaked fabric in the centrifuge and shake it dry.
4.Hot-pressed shaping
The next step is to put the dry non-woven fabric into the mold for molding. The formed non-woven hat is heated and pressed to melt its surface, so as to realize the fixing and forming of the hat.This step is the key to the entire process, which determines the overall shape of the hat. The quality of the mold, the length of heating and setting time, and the control of temperature will affect the setting effect. When we complete this step, we need to check the hat shape for abnormalities, tears, folds, depressions, cracks.
5. Cut edge and overlap
Then we need to cut the finished non-woven hat to get the specified size of the product.After that, we should overlap the cut hats with a synchronous sewing machine. Check that the ends of the head and tail are flush.
6.Attach decorations and obtain the finished product
The last step is to attach a variety of ornaments to the hat according to the design drawing to make it beautiful, and then we get the finished non-woven hat.Finally, check the finished product, pile the hats together, see if the streamer is crooked and flat, and see if the glue is exposed.

Light Weight: non-woven fabric with polypropylene resin as the main raw material, the proportion is only 0.9, only three-fifths of cotton, fluffy and feel good.
Soft: Composed of fine fiber light point hot melt bond molding. The finished product has moderate softness and strong comfort.
Water transfer capacity: Polypropylene slice does not absorb water, moisture content is zero and the finished product is good water, non-woven fabric is mainly composed of 100% fiber, porous makes good air permeability, easy to keep the cloth dry, easy to wash.
Non-toxic, non-irritating: The product is made of FDA food grade raw materials, does not contain other chemical components and has stable performance, non-toxic, no odor and does not irritate the skin.
Anti-bacterial and anti-chemical agents: Polypropylene is a chemically inert substance, which is not eaten by insects, but also can isolate the erosion of bacteria and insects in the liquid. Make the non-woven fabric antibacterial, alkali corrosion and the finished product does not affect the strength due to erosion.
Antibacterial properties: The finished product has certain water extraction, no mold, and can isolate the erosion of bacteria and insects in the liquid, and no mold decay occurs.
Good physical properties: Non-woven fabric is made of polypropylene spinning directly laid into a network of hot bonding, the strength is better than the general staple fiber products, the strength is non-directional and the vertical and horizontal strength is similar.
Environmental protection: Most of the raw materials used for non-woven fabrics are polypropylene with an unstable chemical structure, and the molecular chain is easy to break, so non-woven fabrics can be effectively degraded within 90 days, and the degree of environmental pollution of non-woven fabrics after waste is only 10% of plastic bags.
