We communicate and repeat the costumes details to confirm both parties understand to prevent any discrepancies from beginning . We finalize fabric /color/construction /printing technique/sample size /sample quantity /sample time here based on the client’s budget and project lead time .

To optimize costs, we present clients with a blank prototype for the fabric, color, sewing, size, and construction approval. This stage provides clients with a draft preview, ensuring that the final product aligns with their expectations.
Upon receiving the preliminary sample, clients provide valuable feedback, enabling us to refine and enhance the design. Incorporating suggestions, we add integrate printing or embroidery in this stage to a finalized costume .
